Our jaw crusher is manufactured with optimized and dveloped design, whic is based on the international advanced technology. it is the preferred equipment for the primary crushing of various rocks.
1. jaw plates
jaw plates consists of swing jaw plate and fixed jaw plate. All stones or mineral ores are crushed between them, so it is the main quick wear parts of jaw crusher. With the jaw plates, the frame can be protected well.
2. Wedge
Wedger is installed at the top and bottom of jaw plates. it is used to fix swing jaw plate and fixed jaw plate. it would get worn after the jaw plate is over worn..
3. Toggle seat
oggle seat is installed in the back of swing jaw; the toggle plate will be placed on it. For many reasons, it may be damaged. As a result, the toggle plate may cause wear to swing jaw.
4. Toggle plate
Toggle plate is the key part of discharge opening adjustment part. It also can provent equipment from damage caused by entering too hard mateirals. As a result, the frame will break down.
5. Side plate
Side plates, like jaw plates, form two sides of the crushing chamber. it is also a quick wear part of jaw crusher.
6. Rod spring
Rod spring is installed on the tension rod with bolts. it is a key part in discharge opening adjustment system.It has the advantags of automatic overload protection. Also, it ensure the machine work very well.
